Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

 

These Return Policies are effective as of July 25, 2026, and apply to all orders placed on or after this date.

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return or exchange any eligible product within 14 days of it being delivered to you or from the day of making the transaction (whichever is later).

If your items are eligible, you can request:

  • A refund via the original payment method;

  • An exchange for another item of the same value or higher.

Any return shipping fees, customs duties, and initial delivery costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Fees & Cancellation/Restocking Charges:

  • For "Change of Mind" Returns (Within 14 Days): If a buyer requests a return or cancellation for personal reasons (change of mind, item no longer wanted), a restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount as follows:

    • International Orders: A restocking fee of 8% of the total item price or a minimum of $30 USD (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

    • Domestic Orders (Within Israel): A cancellation fee of 5% of the item's price will be deducted from the refund in accordance with local regulations.

  • Exclusion for Authenticity Claims: Please note that the cancellation/restocking fees mentioned above do not apply to approved authenticity claims made under our 60-day Authenticity Guarantee. If an item is officially proven to be non-authentic by a recognized authority within 60 days, the purchase price will be refunded in full (100%).

Please note the following exceptions and conditions:

  • Sale Items: Sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • General Condition: Returned items must show no signs of use, must still have all original tags/labels attached, and must be returned strictly in their original packaging, completely intact and undamaged.

  • Clothing & Footwear: Apparel must be unwashed and free of any scents or perfumes. Shoes must be tried on strictly on a carpeted surface; any footwear showing sole wear or outdoor use will be rejected.

  • Antiques, Art & Vintage Silver: These items inherently feature natural signs of aging (such as historical wear, minor scratches, dents, or natural silver patina/tarnish), which are normal characteristics and do not constitute defects. We do not accept returns or cancellations for features clearly visible in the product photographs. In case of any discrepancy between the text description and photos, the photographs shall take absolute priority.

  • Altered Items: Any item that has been chemically cleaned, polished, resized, or altered by the buyer after delivery cannot be returned.

  • Strict Return Window: Standard returns or exchanges for personal reasons are strictly limited to the initial 14-day window. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances, except under the strict terms of our 60-day Authenticity Guarantee outlined in our Terms of Use.​

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a formal written notification via email to egosapiens1@gmail.com with your order confirmation and specify which items you would like to return.

  2. Send all items back to us, and you are strictly required to send us the valid shipping tracking number.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receiving your returned order in its approved condition.
