  • Credit / Debit Cards (via PayPlus): Our secure payment gateway powered by PayPlus allows you to pay using any major international or local credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX), as well as Bit for local orders in Israel.

  • Important Note for High-Value Orders: Due to standard international and Israeli credit card security regulations, large card payments (exceeding certain limits) may be automatically declined by the issuing bank.

  • Alternative Options: If you experience any difficulties paying by card, we highly recommend using PayPal or a Direct Bank Wire Transfer (Priority) during checkout. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to coordinate the transaction.

  • Bank Transfer Commissions: If you choose to pay via direct bank wire transfer, please note that any associated bank transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, or transfer commissions must be paid fully by the buyer. The net invoice amount must reach our account in full.

📦 Shipping, Handling Time & Local Pickup

  • Handling Time: We aim to securely pack and ship your order within 3 to 7 business days after receiving full cleared payment. Courier and postal collection schedules vary, and we dispatch packages at the earliest available slot.

  • Delivery Delays Disclaimer: While we ensure timely dispatch, international transit times are subject to external factors. Due to extreme weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or courier overloads during peak holiday seasons, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances. All packages include a valid tracking number.

  • Local Pickup (Netanya): Buyers are welcome to pick up their orders in person. Local pickup and viewings can be arranged at an agreed time (available during evenings or on weekends) in Netanya, Tel Khai St. (near the Independence Square area, Herzel St.). Shipping & Customs Policy for US Customers

 

To ensure a seamless delivery and prevent any unexpected delays or hidden fees at the border, our shipping rates for the United States are structured based on new customs regulations: shipping costs for U.S. customers already include import duties and customs clearance fees (DDP). In accordance with the latest postal export regulations, all duties are paid by the seller in advance, so there should be no additional customs fees for the recipient upon receipt of the package!
